JOB PURPOSE:

The BSC will be responsible for completing Functional Behavior Assessments and initial client intakes; treatment and behavior plan development utilizing evidence based assessment and intervention procedures for the identified target behaviors; consultation with and training of treatment team members including the family, child and assigned Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS); completion of monthly Treatment Plan Reviews/Child Outcome Surveys; completion of service documentation and insurance packet reports by identified due dates; independent management of client schedule to maximize prescribed service hours.
