Foster Care Case Manager

Embrace the Sanctuary Model of Care as a guide for creating a safe and non-violent environment for the clients in our care AND the staff who care for them.

Responsible for coordinating the full range of services to foster children in an effort to meet their physical, emotional and educational needs until the placement goal is achieved. Responsible for providing the foster families the support and guidance needed to fulfill their responsibilities to the children in their care. Responsible of coordination of all required services for the children in care in accordance to contractual agreements and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other Human Services field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience directly working with children and families in foster care or related area. Requires flexible schedule to include early evenings and on-call duties, strong writing and communication skills, knowledge of childhood trauma and family dynamics, reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and current background clearances. Must be at least 21 years of age
