Job Purpose
Adult Case Manager will promote recovery and wellness principles for adults by accessing, coordinating, mentoring, and advocating for community resources and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field. Must work 40 hours per week, have flexible schedule, and on-call is required. Case Management experience preferred.Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
