Job Purpose
Member of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals responsible for: responding to the therapeutic and case management needs of identified children and their families; maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of direct patient care experience required. Mental health experience preferred. Certification required. PA Act 33 Child Abuse, PA Act 34 Criminal Records, and FBI Criminal Background Check clearances.
