Whole Person Care Center
Friendship House Whole Person Care Center will offer mental health, substance use disorder, and primary care services under one roof to ensure the coordination of health, behavioral health, and social services in a patient-centered manner with the goals of improved health outcomes and more efficient and effective use of resources. Friendship House tailors care to the individual, taking into account the complex social, behavioral, and primary care needs a vulnerable individual has and delivering care to the patient at the right time and in the right place.
